This week is a huge week for Transformers fans. A huge new movie based off the series has been released, and along with that new toys based off the movie has been released as well. However, more Transformers are coming, though not until early 2008. Transformers: Animated, is an upcoming TV show that will air on Cartoon Network some time in spring of next year. The series will feature battles between the Autobots and Decepticons, and will also have fan favorite characters such as Optimus Prime, Jazz, Bumble Bee, and the evil ruler of the Decepticons - Megatron. AUTOBOTS:
Autobots are the good guys of the story. The Autobots confirmed to be in the show are Optimus Prime, Bumble Bee, Ratchet, Bulkhead, Prowl, Grimlock, Jazz, Arcee, and Ultra Magnus. Along with Grimlock, two other Dinobots will also be featured in the show.
DECEPTICONS:
Decepticons are the antagonists of Transformers. The confirmed Decepticons include Megatron, Starscream, Blitzwing, Lugnut, Blackarachnia, and Shockwave. Skywarp and Thundercracker are possible characters.
