The Franklin Badge, and item from the Earthbound/Mother series that would reflect lightning and make it hit your opponent, is going to appear as a new item in Super Smash Bros. Brawl! However, rather than just reflecting lightning, it'll reflect all projectiles thrown at you. No word on whether or not it'll actually project lightning though.... we can only hope!
