No More Heroes to be Gamecube compatible?

Gonintendo.com has just reported an interesting tidbit regarding No More Heroes. In the image below (which was tiny tiny on the official website), you can clearly see the green button (which is the A button on the Gamecube controller) in clear site. Now does this mean that the game will allow you to use the Gamecube's controller, or was the game originally going to be a GC game but was merged over to the Wii (making this an old image)? You decide for now.
