Ceasar's Palace plans a billion dollar expansion.

Veagas' Ceasar's Palace is planning on making an expansion that will cost about 1 billion dollars. The expansion will include the 665-room Octavious Tower, which will include three pool villa suites on the second floor of the upcoming tower. Other features: Whirlpool spa retreat, poolside cafe, three new swimming pools, and a garden wedding venue. The already built tower will also get a face lift as well, and the entire expansion will be complete by 2009.
