Next generation Zune well on it's way?

As speculated, a next gen Microsoft Zune has been reported to be well on it's way, and will be released during the Holiday season. A Mirosoft rep said that we'd get an update on the situation prior to the Holiday season, possibly impling that there definately will be an announcement of the next generation of Microsoft's new Zune.
